The short version
We only use your information to answer you and do the job you asked for. We don't sell it, rent it or share it for advertising.
What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no logins and no advertising trackers, and it doesn't use cookies. The free quote form doesn't send anything by itself: it opens your own texting app, WhatsApp or email app with a message you can read, change and send yourself.
When you call, text, WhatsApp or email us
We see what you send us: usually your name, phone number, address or location, and what you need. We use it to give you a quote, come to you and do the work, and to follow up on that job. Messages stay in our phone, WhatsApp and email accounts.
ID and proof of ownership
Before opening a lock we ask to see ID or proof that you live at the address or own the vehicle or safe. We look at it to protect you and your property. We don't keep copies of your ID.
Photos of our work
We sometimes post photos and videos of locks and doors we worked on. We never show your address, house number, license plate or the inside of your home, and we remove location data from every photo. If you'd rather we don't post a photo of your job, just tell us.
Website statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and fonts load from Google Fonts. Like any website, those services can see your IP address in order to deliver the page.
Links to other services
Buttons for phone calls, texts, WhatsApp and email open those apps. WhatsApp, your phone carrier and your email provider have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Call, text or email us using the details below.
